On the basis of the original equipment, Zhejiang ATTC has added 12 and 24 cubic high and low temperature humidity heat test chambers and large temperature shock chambers to meet the needs of larger auto parts for environmental material testing.

Among them, the 24 cubic high and low temperature humidity heat test chamber is suitable for environmental simulation testing of the physical and other related characteristics of the product under low temperature, high temperature, temperature cycle, high temperature and high humidity conditions. After testing, the performance of the product is judged whether it can still meet the predetermined requirements. It is mainly used to inspect accessories such as car front bumper, car rear bumper, door panel, main instrument panel and sub-instrument panel. The test temperature covers -60°C to 150°C. Humidity range from 20 RH to 98% RH. In addition, a large temperature shock box with a size of 2 cubic meters has been added, which is mainly used to detect accessories such as motors, sub-instrument panels, front and rear combination lights, automotive ambient lights, and interior and exterior trim parts of automobiles. Under the conditions of instantaneous changes in high and low temperatures, environmental simulation tests can be carried out on the physical and other related characteristics of the product. After testing, the performance of the product is judged whether it can still meet the predetermined requirements.
