EMC Electromagnetic Compatibility Laboratory

Having CNAS and CMA qualifications, all testing equipment is equipped with cutting-edge instruments from internationally renowned manufacturers such as R&S from Germany, SCHWARZBECK, EM-TEST from Switzerland, and Keysight and ETS from the United States. We can provide testing services for the EMC characteristics of automotive components in accordance with standards such as CISPR25, ISO series, IEC series, ECE/EEC, GB series, as well as the requirements of automotive companies.

Equipment capability

    • 1 EV Chamber with battery simulation system, capable of conducting load testing on new energy high-voltage components

    • Four 1-meter semi anechoic chamber strips were used to test emission and anti-interference projects, respectively

    • 4 shielded rooms for testing static electricity, high current injection, and magnetic field immunity

  • 3 unshielded testing rooms, capable of conducting surge, electrical fast pulse group, and power line transient testing

  • Spectral analysis of light sources and photoelectric parameter testing;

  • High and low voltage coupling test
